You must register and pay in advance for the sub-regional NTIS events in Tulsa, Kansas City and St. Louis. We will take registrations on a first come, first serve basis. Last year, the 15u and 17u age groups were completely full two months prior to the event. There is a lot of interest in this event across the region. Register now to assure your spot.

After your registration and payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
Here are the cancellation policies if you need to withdraw from the event after you register and pay:
- Cancel by April 1, you will get a refund of $160 (the difference is to cover credit card transaction costs)
- Cancel between April 1 and June 1, you will receive a $90 refund
- Cancel after June 1, no refund will be provided
